Structure: The high pressure hose consists of an inner tube of oil synthetic rubber,   wire braid/spiral reinforcement, and an oil and weather synthetic rubber cover.

high pressure hose stacked environment:

high pressure hose should not bear too much stress, tensile or deformation way when it is stored. It should avoid contacting sharp, with pointed, and even wear sexual objects and surface, it is better to leave the ground. Pony roll of the high pressure hose or high pressure hose assembly (assembly) should be flatwise storage, when piled up inevitable, the height of the pile should be limited in the bottom of the product which does not produce permanent deformation degree. You’d better not hang high pressure hose in the pile hammer.

To straighten state delivery  high pressure hose or high pressure hose assembly (assembly) should be flatwise storage, shouldn't bend. It should not get rid of the pipe joint head when we delivery .

high pressure hose or high pressure hose assembly (assembly) should not use less than the rules or the minimum recommended bending radius of manufacturers, because it may hinder the transmission of material through the or damage the high pressure hose assembly. You should avoid bending or flexing near the hose layup , because it may make enhancement layer fatigue and lead to premature failure when bend in the same part.
